My family and I got to participate in the 3rd Annual Gingerbread for Ghana. The event was put together to help support children to attend school in Ejura, Ghana with Foundation for African Children's Education {FACE}.

The children and I loved it. What a great way to help others and keep the mess of a gingerbread house out of yours!

8am and che' screams "look at the moon mom"!

i quickly ran into my winter boots which are like fucking cinderblocks, grab my camera and run out the door to down the sidewalk, up the snowing hill and into the park.  it's 5 below and I'm in my pajamas BUT the moon was leaving...so i had to sacrifice my fingers and nipples to get this shot, my neighbors must think i'm nuts! 

truly unreal- 8am and this was the moon wtf!
