what your going to get from this lesson...
the main focus is to get you to shift your auto setting to the program setting! Don't be scared, you can do it! This will allow you to have focus control, flash control and iso control (don't freak, you will know what this does after this lesson).
this is your first step to getting out of auto with out needing to go over setting that are WAY over your stuck in auto mind right now!
the session is at my house, super relaxed and comfortable. small "class" size and it's an engaging, ask your questions...figure this shit out kind of group setting! Sadly, (well not that sadly) it's for canon camera users only. other camera brands make the session flow way to slow. boo, i know.

Q:Can I bring my small child
A: Sorry, no. The goal is to get as much out of the session as possible and we all know that it's almost impossible to keep ONE clear conversation with our kids around! (now, if a bunch of you hire a sitter, you will be free to come for an hour and a half)!
Q: What if I get hungry?
A: I hear ya! i will have coffee and a munchie. (the coffee may need to be brewed by one of you as a suck making a pot).
Q: do you smack people that don't understand?
A: no! i'm really patient with everyone other than my own family!
Q: do i have to keep my camera on program once this session is over?
A: umm, YES! i would hate to publicly shame you. not to mention, YOU'RE BETTER THAN AUTOMATIC". if you did you may need to see a councillor about your abusive relationship with your DSLR!
Q: do you require payment up front, like as in before the session?
A: yes i do! $47.25 all in must be payed with 48 hours to hold your spot, if you don't...your going to get shafted and some other eager beaver is going to take your place!
you can pay with cash, cheque (14707 58 ave surrey bc v3s 1s2), email direct transfer or credit (a 3.75% charge applies to the total).
Q: what gear should i bring?
A: You, camera, CHARGED BATTERY (duh, but you would be surprised), memory card and your lens.
if your a visual person, take notes, make drawings with stick people, whatever you need to do....so bring what you need to document that!
Q: what if i have to cancel my session and i have already payed?
A: first off, boo! but if it's before the 19th, your deposit/payment will come back to you. after that....well you know what i'm going to say, BAGEL! (have you ever heard that before, my nephew uses it when the score is nil or your shit out of luck!). so don't cancel, i want to hang with you and make miracles happen!
